Making A Difference

Community Involvement

Current President, Stuart Atnip, purchased American Title Agency from his father in 2004. He has deep roots in the field, having had a grandfather who was a self-employed real estate appraiser, a father in title insurance and a mother who was a local real estate agent. For Stuart, making positive contributions to the Casper community has always been a high priority. He has built an amazing team at American Title, and they all understand the significance of purchasing a home or finding the perfect space for your business. Everyone at American Title is honored to be a part of this important event in your life, and we are proud to have facilitated the sale of thousands of homes and businesses across Casper since opening in 1980.

We have a unique opportunity to partner with bankers, realtors, appraisers, contractors and other local service providers, as well as with buyers and sellers across the community. American Title has built lasting relationships with countless individuals and organizations. These relationships bring joy to our work. Here are a few examples of our community outreach:

Stuart has volunteered his time to several nonprofit organizations. Currently he is serving on the Board of Directors of Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions and the St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School Foundation.
